Shanghai Duty-free Shop for Diplomats, affiliated to Shanghai Foreign Agency Service Department, is a specialized service window where duty-free commodities for official and private use are provided for foreign consulates in Shanghai, consular officer certificate holders and personnel with diplomatic tariff treatment. For many years, the duty-free shop has boasted its dedicated service, its wide range of articles and its competitive prices, which has brought great convenience and service to foreign consulates and its personnel who are working and living in Shanghai. At the same time, the shop is gradually supplying high-quality dutiable commodities for domestic agencies and all walks of life.

Duty-free articles:cigarettes, wines and liquors (red wine, white wine, champagne, sparkling wine, brandy, whisky, vodka, rum, liqueur, tequila, port)

Dutiable articles:select imported wines, Chinese liquors, high-quality Chinese Wuchang rice, imported food, gifts and souvenirs

外国驻沪领馆和领事官员购买公用或自用免税物品须出示《中华人民共和国海关—外交公/自用物品进出境申报单》及本人《领事官员证》。

办理《申报单》请到上海海关现场业务二处大厅（淮海中路1号柳林大厦10楼）。免税商店可提供相关协助。

When purchasing duty-free products for official or private use, foreign consulates in Shanghai and consular officers should show the Declaration Form of Articles for Official or Private Use Imported or Exported by Diplomatic Missions—Customs of the People’s Republic of China and your Consular Officer Certificate.

Please go through the declaration form formalities in the 2nd Spot Business Department of Shanghai Customs(10th Floor,No.1 Middle Huaihai Road). The duty-free shop would like to provide relevant assistance.
